Welcome to the
Madison County Clerk’s new online Units of Government system.
Almost 200 agencies will use this system to submit lists of
people required to file a
Statement of Economic Interests with the Madison County Clerk's Office.
The Illinois Governmental Ethics Act requires Units of Government to submit an updated filer list each year by March 6.
To get ready, you will need:
- Your agency code
- Your agency's phone number
- Your agency's address

- A list of your agency's filers
- Information about each filer, including: name; address; phone number; email; job title.
